Breakfast Drink – 1 cup water, 1 tbsp Flax seed, 1 cup Raspberries, 1 banana, ¼ cup spinach, 1 Tbsp Almond Butter & 2 tsp lemon – Blend all

 

Lunch Drink – 4 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 1 cup Kale leaves, ½ green apple, ½ Lime, 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, ½ Cup Almond Milk & 1 Cup Pineapple – Blend all

We all already know that water is optimal for your body but how much should you be drinking?

A good rule of thumb is taking your body weight and divide it by half and that is how much water in ounces you should consume.

For example: If you are 120 lbs. you should drink 60 ounces of water per day.
